On Tuesday, 11 April, the US dollar exchange rate reached $15.60 and scored a new minimum for 2017.
The exchange rate in Argentina continues to falling down and Central Bank of Argentina does not seem to stop it. The continuous entry of foreign currency to the country emphasizes Argentinean peso appreciation. Héctor Cosentino, Financial adviser, was interviewed by Ambito Financiero newspaper about this topic and he highlighted that “US dollar is in a kind of “Bubble”: while all other prices are increasing, the exchange rate keeps delayed and this is harmful to the economy”.
